Reporting

For the narrative and financial reports (interim report and final report), Symphasis expects:

• A report on the partial or complete progress of the project, including an executive summary. Each report should contain a comparison of the goals set and achieved with explanations for any deviations.
• Statement of actual costs compared to budget with explanations for any deviations >10%.
